Follow the kit instructions step by step. In general:

Register your kit before you begin.

Urinate first and collect the stool without allowing it to touch toilet water or urine, for example on toilet paper or in a clean container.

Collect the specified amount using the device in the kit. Do not exceed the marked amount: too much sample prevents the stabilising solution from working properly.

Place the sample in the tube, close it securely and shake it as instructed until the sample mixes with the solution.

Place the tube in the bag and shipping box, and wash your hands.
Do not empty or replace the stabilising solution. Keep it out of children's reach and follow the safety warnings in the kit instructions.
