Yes. As a voluntary policy in addition to your statutory rights, we accept returns of unused kits up to 30 calendar days after delivery, provided they remain sealed and in saleable condition. In this case, you pay the return shipping costs and we deduct €50 for handling and logistics costs already incurred.
If you request a return within the first 14 days, your statutory right to cancel applies, without this deduction.
