How does the microbiome test work, step by step?

  1. Buy your test from our online shop and have it delivered to your home. 

  1. Register your kit online using its code. This links the sample to your profile, allows you to give informed consent and provides your shipping label. 

  1. Collect your stool sample at home, following the kit instructions. The stabilising solution protects microbial DNA during transit. 

  1. Send your sample using the label provided when you registered your kit. Shipping is free from the country of purchase. 

  1. Receive your results in your secure account area, usually within 4–6 weeks of your sample arriving at the laboratory. We will notify you by email.
