If the kit is sealed, return it within 14 days of notifying us of your decision. We will refund you within 14 calendar days using the same payment method, although we may wait until we receive the kit or proof of postage. You are responsible for the direct return shipping costs. If you chose delivery faster than standard shipping, only the standard shipping cost will be refunded.

You may open the outer box to inspect the contents, as you would in a shop, without losing your right to cancel.

If you have already opened the sample collection materials, these cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but you can cancel the analysis if it has not yet started.
If you expressly asked us to begin the service during the cancellation period, you will pay only for the proportion already provided. If you also acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel once the service was completed, cancellation is no longer possible after your results have been delivered.
