If 15 calendar days have passed since your order confirmation and your kit has not arrived, email info@vivabioma.com with your order number. We will raise a claim with the courier and, if non-delivery is confirmed, send you a new kit free of charge. If you would prefer not to receive another shipment, you can cancel your order for a full refund.
